Description :: Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the engineer/architect and/or the client
Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.
Coordination of all aspect of contract administration on site.
Prepare monthly progress claim, site measurement and work variation
Compiling and keeping track of construction materials record such as material request forms and delivery order.
Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
Able to liaise and coordinate with subcontractors
Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least equivalent 1 year working experience.
