- - Responsible for planning, execution and management of the company's project which includes overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.
- Liaison with the relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.
- Provide timely report and feedback to the management.
- Capable of managing multi-disciplinary work within a project including project planing, budget and cost control, safety and quality implementation.
- Co-ordinate activities of site personnel to ensure project progresses based on specification, schedule and within prescribed budget in accordance with the project quality plan.
- Willing to be located at Jeram Pasu, Kelantan.
- Can start work on January 2017. - Requirements :
- - Degree in Civil or structural Engineering. (Construction)
- Minimum 3 years experience in building construction.
- Expert in Microsoft project & cpm.
- Capable of managing multi tasks within a project including site organization/planing/execution/monitoring, safety and quality implementation.
