Description :: - Conducting Pre Delivery Inspection for construction project with QLASSIC standard/assessment.
-Monitor Customer Care Department. during Process and Coordinate with Contractor Team for Defects Rectification
-Verifying with the submission of the Variance Order Application, Design Change Application and Contract New Items.
-Involved with the process of applying license and meeting with authorities and architect.
-Working together with Cost &Contract Department to complete the contractor final accounting.
-Working together with Procurement Department to make sure material qualities and fulfill company standard.
-Overall project management for property development
-resolve technical engineering and design issue of the project
-follow up Authority submission
- Review Planning, Architectural, C&S, M&E, Landscape, ID and any other design in development and construction stage.
- Value engineering
- Obtain authority approval on time
- To conduct inspection of work accordingly
Requirements :: -Diploma in Civil Engineering
-Specializing in Engineering/Civil/Structural or equivalent
-Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
-At least 3 year of related experience.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
