- 1) Assist the Architectural Coordinator in the day-to-day supervision, monitoring and coordination of construction work and site management;
2) Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of construction works, planning and organizing site activities scheduling and controlling on progress of work with consultant and subcontractors on work related matters to ensure timely completion of work at site;
3) Attend regular site progress meeting and preparation of construction schedules, site meeting and site report
4) Supervise on-site worker including manage utilities, construction machine and crane operation.
- Requirements :
- 1) Male with commitment to stay on site;
2) Minimum 3 years and above working experience;
3) Hands on experience in site flow, construction flow and legal action;
4) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, good communication and coordination skill including ability to prepare daily progress will be an added advantage;
5) Lowest Qualification: Diploma.
