Description :: To execute & monitor the project site in term of civil, structure & architecture works which will also includes project/ site planning & coordination, material order and stock control as well as weekly or monthly project reports.
To attend project site meetings and project meetings to ensure progress of works is running smoothly and problem and defects are attended to.
Ability to interact well with all parties of the construction team by coordinating work with authorities, consultants and sub-contractors.
Requirements :: Diploma in Building / Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Minimum 5 years working experience in both Building and Infrastructure works
Strong Project Management skills with experience in managing multi-disciplined projects from conceptual phase through construction, commissioning and completion.
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate in project management software, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
