Description :: 1. To monitor and supervise all the projects as assigned
2. To work out the project schedule and the progress of works on the project concerned.
3. To plan and organise work task daily.
4. Responsible for the completion and delivery time of project.
5. To ensure that works are implemented & completed in accordance to the approved construction work programme.
6. To co-ordinate with suppliers or sub contractors and other trades to achieve high quality of works and timely completion.
7. To monitor work performance of workers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of project to meet client’s requirement and satisfaction.
8. To effectively handle the general workers and ensure their work performance and discipline.
9. Ensure proper safe methods of working are adopted and implemented and comply the Safety & Health Guidelines of the site.
Requirements :: - Degree / Diploma in Interior Design/ Architectural.
- Minimum 2 years for Co-ordinator position and 5 years for Manager position of working experience in interior fit out/ renovation industry and site management.
- Preferably experiences specializing in Architecture/ Interiors Construction industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate with all levels .
- Computer literate
