Responsible for the full spectrum of finance and management accounting for a group of entities which includes but not limited to budgeting & forecasting, timely submission of management & statutory accounts, year-end audits, legal & tax compliance and review of internal controlds.
Provide strategic advice as part of the management team and business support to the business units - Requirements :
- Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience working as a Certified Public Accountant in a related field and in-depth understanding in reporting procedures and standards
Experience in property management/real estate is an advantage
Possess a strategic business outlook
Must be able to communicate very well (spoken and written) across all levels within a matrix reporting structure
Analytical, excellent problem solving and decision making-skills
Strong planning, organizational and writing skills - Lowest Qualification :
