Description :: 1. To formulate media communications strategies & public relations efforts
2. Work and co-ordinate with appointed advertising, media, PR, promotion and event management agencies
3. Writing & editing marketing materials & company’s newsletter – includes liaison with business units for content, interviews with external parties
4. Media relations with appropriate follow-ups, tracking and proper filing of published works
5. Maximizing existing media relations by proactively arranging interviews between media and management and sourcing out new contacts in as many avenues for maximized coverage from various angles
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Marketing or Business studies from a recognized institution
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken
3. Excellent hands-on experience in copywriting, brand management, planning and budgeting, implementing and executing A&P activities
4. Resourceful and innovative with passion to drive the brand forward
5. Strong personal contact with key media associates and establish close relationship with new media associates
6. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to think and operate within a challenging environment
7. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
8. Good Computer and digital marketing knowledge / exposure
9. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
10. Innovative and having the ability to work independently while being part of a team
