Description :: Senior UI&UX Designer

- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products/features for our users
- Produce high quality, detailed site maps, workflows, interactive wireframe prototypes, user flows and annotations from an user experience perspective while also ensuring that layout, typography, imagery, colour, interactive elements and etc are designer to a high standard from a visual design perspective
- Participate, lead and coordinate user-testing sessions. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Present research and designs to the teams. Clearlt explain design work and advocate for users' needs
- Design and refine beautiful, clear interfaces for every design platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines

Senior Content Developer

- Works with faulty to develop instructional materials
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products/ features for our users
- Product high quality, detailed site maps, workflows, interactive wireframe prototypes, user flows and annotations from an user experience perspective while also ensuring that layout, typography, imagery, colour, interactive elements and etc are designed to a high standard from a visual design perspective
- Participate, lead and coordinate user testing session, help author recommend process guidelines and best practices
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Design and refine beautiful, clear interfaces for every design platforms
- Present research and designs to the teams
- Clearly explain design work and advocate for users' needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Work with internal marketing and developers to assimilate new online services and campaigns
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
