- To develop creative ideas and communications objectives according to management’s requirements and transform them into innovative
concepts and designs, in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, with good time management skills and willing to work long hours when required.
Responsible in helping to determine and implement the visual component of brand strategy.
To establish good relationship with other team members in developing and presenting designs.
Capable as a team leader to manage, guide and motivate the team.
Able to lead in brainstorm sessions and supervise the quality of creative work.
Creative, team player and willing to adapt in a fast paced environment.
To conceptualize and lead the team to independently produce visuals/artwork.
- Requirements :
- Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma or higher in Graphic Design or related fields.
At least 2 years of art direction experience in advertising or at least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other major software of graphic design.
Mature, passionate about advertising, independent & willing to learn.
Strong ability to demonstrate creative and strong ideas and concepts for branding & marketing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese.
Able to start work on short notice will be an added advantage.
