- •Responsible for the efficient provision of guest registration and cashiering at the Front Office.
•Up-selling of room accommodation during high occupancy to maximize revenue.
•Provide excellent customer service to Hotel guests.
•Maintain and improve all aspects of Hotel guest relations.
•Attend to all requests and requirements from guests promptly and handle complaints tactfully.
•Manage the room reservations and coordinate with marketing team to maximize occupancy.
•To co-ordinate with various departments to ensure the most efficient services to guests is achieved. - Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Mass Communications, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
•Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
•At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Willing to work on rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with people of all levels.
•Guest-oriented, proactive mindset and attitude.
•Possess good problem-solving skills and able to multi-task.
•Strong administrative skill and experience in leading a team is an asset.
•Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
