General Responsibilities:
1. To produce visual solutions to the needs of the R.E.A.L Curriculum/ Programme using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
2. To develop creative ideas and concepts and choose the appropriate media and style to meet the department’s objectives
3. To be equipped with creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of the industry programme (trends in the visual arts) and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
4. Assisting in trainings on the R.E.A.L programme and developing training materials
5. Supporting events/ functions hosted by Curriculum Development & Training Department and other functions/ events by the Group

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with Senior Graphic Designer/s in interpreting curriculum contents and producing visual solutions
2. Interpreting the content of the curriculum needs and develop a child-centred concept to suit the purpose
3. Developing visuals/ illustrations and layouts for curriculum materials, i.e. texts, books, worksheets, teaching/ learning tools (charts, flashcards, etc)
4. Studying and making improvisation to the existing and new curriculum materials in terms of content, visuals and layout
5. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to enhance existing and new curriculum materials
6. Proofreading the curriculum materials specifically on its content, visuals and layout and providing ideas for further enhancement
7. Working as part of a team with curriculum developers, printers and other relevant individuals in developing curriculum materials
8. Conducting surveys on and analyzing the contents & visuals of other curriculum and preschool materials in the market to ensure the development of R.E.A.L Programme parallel with the national and global market
 
Requirements :
1. Diploma in Illustrations or equivalent required.
2. Ability and interest to illustrate for preschool curriculum.
3. Diligent, creative, can think out of the box.
4. Willingness to learn and share ideas, take risk.
5. Ability to communicate in both English & Mandarin is preferable because we do produce Mandarin preschool curriculum as well.
