Account payable task:
- Petty Cash Control
- Prepare cheque for supplier payment
- Daily Cash Flow Report
- Payroll for TVDM’s staff

Inventory Task:
- Purchase Order preparation
-Record all incoming products into Accounting Program (quantity/condition)

- Inventory Reconcile between Program and Physical check report from the warehouse and showroom.
- Check product documentation for reimbursement.

General Ledger Task:

- Re-check for all account daily transaction in Winspeed and MYOB was keyed in by accountant’s assistant.
- Reconcile for all account code by monthly
- Monthly Financial Report
- Preparation for GST report.

Able to handle full set of accounts, knowledge in cost accounting and control will be an added advantage.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder majoring in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
-Preferably 3 years of related working experience.
-Able to handle full set of accounts, knowledge in cost accounting and control will be an added advantage.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
-Able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and dynamic team player.
-Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to guide a team.
