Duties and Responsibilities includes:
Oversee all activity at the Reception Center
Checks patients in and out
Handles transactions
Helps patients make appointments
Follows up with missed appointments
Educate patients
Handles telephone calls in and out
Work environment is friendly, clean and modern
Requirements :: Qualifications:

* Male or Female
* At least 5+ years experience in similar position.
* EXCELLENT Communication skills
* Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. That means 8/10 or better in each language.
** IMPORTANT** You’ve got to be an optimistic person. If you’ve worked 5 or more years in a similar capacity (Customer Serivce counter) then you know the difference between procedures/protocols based customer serivce and human based customer service. Yes, we have standard operating procedures and within them the most important element is being genuinely interested and concerned for the well-being of our patients. But that’s not something I can train you to have. You’ve either got it or you don’t.
* Good organization, able to to multi- task
* Computer-literate, proficient in MS Office Applications
