- - Responsible to assist the production team in all stages of production.
- Responsible to plan post production and the delivery of the completed production
- Responsible to receive customer enquiries, keep record, deal with the person in Charge before start the task. (Ensure all the Purchase Order received before start).
- Ensure task at site run smoothly and arrange transport to delivery material along with Delivery Order if needed.
- Responsible to perform general secretarial and administration tasks such as maintaining proper filling system, attending to inquires or complaint, answering calls and writing meeting minutes
- Responsible to handle inter department coordination
- Preparing job sheet/route card and other related production paperwork to supervisor - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Microsoft Office and Computer Literate.
- Required skills (MS Office)
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Good sense of responsibility.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Company hostel provided.
