Description :: Basic Book Keeping - Petty cash & bankbook maintenance, statutory filling, bank statement reconciliation
Able to handle full set of account, such as AP, AR, GL and provide the monthly report and dealing with Auditors
Able to do Audit Preparation, working with Auditors for annual accounting requirements
Prepare and submit GST returns and tax computation (ECI) on time
Prepare accounts and financial reports for submission to auditors
Assist in general office admin, HR tasks, etc. including wages & CP contribution, annual leave calculation, etc
Any other duties which may assigned from time to time
Cash flow forecasts and annual budgets
Requirements :: Competent in accounting software MYOB is a MUST
Experienced in dealing with Auditors is a MUST
Minimum Degree in Accounting
3~5 years of prior accounting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to work under pressure
Competent in general office skills
Knowledge in preparation of accounts and financial reports
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
