Description :: • To assist in planning, coordination and execution of company related events and seminars.
• Partner with Distributor Development & Product Marketing in motivating and training distributors through various events.
• Ensure consistency of program execution for the different level of recognition event.
• Support other department/ division-plan, coordinate & execute company related events.
• Manage resources to be able to work within budgets for all events.
• Maintain good relationship and constant communicates with various departments to update on various company events organized by others.
• Maintain good rapport with distributors.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mass Communications, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in related field.
• Good understanding of hotel/ convention/ MICE industry.
• Good exposure to industry trends and standards.
• Professional presentation skill.
• Leadership/ organizing skill.
• Understand of events structure & current trend.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative thinking.
