Description :: - Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination of contracts, resignations, transfer and/or other movements of staff and ensure the relevant forms are completed timely.
- Post advertisement, source for candidate, coordinate interview
- Monitor all staff annual and medical leave
- Prepares monthly payroll related reports, relevant documents for submission to government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, PSMB and etc. to ensure statutory requirements are adhered to at all times
-Responsible for timely processing of payroll and to ensure accuracy of all payroll related transactions.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess knowledge of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Good command both spoken and written in Chinese , English and Bahasa Melaysia.
-Computer literate, able to work well with Microsoft office programs.
-Well verse with Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation.
-Analytical, people orientated, strong sense of urgency, reliable, high integrity, good interpersonal skill, resourceful, proactive, accountability, approach issue from broad perspective and ability to meet tight deadline.
-Pleasant personality and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact comfortably with all level of staffs.
-A self-starter, initiative, independent and possess a high degree of confidentiality.
