Description :
• Payroll Administrations ie. Monthly payroll processing, submission of statutory report to relevant government body, year end EA etc & ensure it is accordance to statutory requirement
• Daily checking & monitoring of staff daily attendance (TMS)
• Daily checking & monitoring of PABX system
• Leave administrations ie update of staff leave records, staff movements (share folder) &TMS
• Preparation of newly join administration ie appointment letter, TP3, employee access card etc
• Distribute & follow up on employee confirmation with HOD before due of probation period; preparation of confirmation letter
• Minutes taking for bi-weekly dept meeting
• Monthly compilation & publish of employee E-News letter
• Preparation of staff entitlement ie mthly company products, marriage token, maternity token etc
• Preparation of monthly Admin report ie OT, Attendance etc
• General Administrations ie. Medical claim, staff insurance, insurance claim, company handphone administration
• Any other responsibilities that assigned by immediate superior 
Requirements :
MUST HAVE
• Diploma in related field
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Able to speak & write in Mandarin
• Work Location: Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram

GOOD TO HAVE
• Computer literate
• Experience on HR software EPE
• Able to work independently and take pressure
