Description :
- Develop and implement HR policies to meet organizational needs including employee compensations, manpower planning, training, employee relations safety and health issues.
-Develop key performance indicators in line with corporate objectives and drive continues improvement processes and practices within the company.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaison with Government departments include MIDA.
- Manage all HR related activities such as staff welfare, cooperative challengers within the organization, physical and psychological work environment etc, expected to take necessary action in relation to the above-mentioned aspects.
- Monthly perform in house employee payroll. 
Requirements :
- Experience:
10-15years working experience in HR & Admin.

Diploma/ Degree or equivalent

Skills/ Knodledge
- High level of English both spoken and written
- Structured and good at keeping deadlines."
