Description :: • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, administrations and payroll related matters
• Ensure timely submission to statutory ie. EPF, PCB, Socso, Annual Income Tax, etc
• Liaise with government officer on any grant matters, company secretary or any external partners
• Provide support to staff on HR Policies and Procedures
• Answering phone calls and attending to guests
• Involve in all administration activities within the company such as insurance, purchasing, etc
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma / Degree preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit with the ability to work with colleagues across different functions and levels
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet given deadlines
- Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
