Description :: - Full spectrum of HR for Malaysia operation including strategic planning for Compensation & Benefits, Talent Training, Employee Relation, Recruitment, etc.
-Hands-on payroll processing and computation.
- Independently lead HR team during the absence of the HR Manager.
- Provide HR advice to team managers to cope with business growth and challenges in the market.
- Drive implementation of effective HR Policies and procedures.
- Recommend and implement operational process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and guide a team of HR to work as a team in delivering quality HR services.
- Analyse and modify policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate Performance Appraisal Target setting, check progressive evaluation and final evaluation for staffs and the corresponding performance appraisal report.
Requirements :: 1)Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management.
2)Must be well-versed in Malaysia Labour Laws and IR practices
3)Detail-oriented, willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
4)Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
5) Knowledge on apply foreign worker is a must.
