o General Admin
o To work as a team to ensure that the goals of the department and the Company are achieved.
o To effectively communicate policies and procedures to all employ
o To implement all human resource policies and procedures for the benefit of all employees.
o To develop and maintain procedures in collaboration with other department managers for all areas of human resource management.
o To ensure the cleanliness of factory common area.
o To ensure that adequate safety precautions and welfare services including health services are provided for employees
o To update Company’s organizational chart / job description from time to time if and when required
o To assist and support Japanese expatriate when they are station in JK.
o To assist GM on land acquisition and works related to development of new factory.
o Rewards Management (Employee Welfare)
o To ensure that the granting of all compensation and benefits are done in a fair and equitable manner.
o To suggest, plan and implement attractive compensation and benefits package for all employees.
o To plan and implement the annual performance appraisal for all employees.
o To administer proper rewards and compensation based on the annual performance appraisal.
o To ensure that proper and adequate medical clinics are available for all employees.
o To plan and review the Company’s Hospitalisation and Surgical Plan as well as the Personal Accident Insurance Policy yearly.
o Talent Acquisition
o To coordinate with the advertising agencies, online recruitment agencies, employment agencies as and when necessary.
o To deal with the agents to expedite the processing of work permits for expatriate workers / foreign workers.
o To deal with agents in cancelling the work permits of expatriate workers / foreign workers when they cease employment.
o To provide expatriate workers / foreign workers with employment contracts as well as renewals.
o To in-charge and monitoring the work performance for Transport, Security and Cleaner teams.
o General Administration
o To coordinate on the licensing application for building, business, motor vehicles & etc.
o To source for new hostels and negotiate tenancy agreements.
o To oversee and coordinate on General Factory Insurance matters.
o To oversees transportation and hostel management
o To ensure upkeep of motor vehicle of JK group.
o Systems, Procedures and Policy Formulation
o To develop a document control system for the department and to ensure compliance with ISO/IATF/EHS requirements.
o To coordinate the Company’s safety committee and to ensure compliance with DOSH requirement through periodic audit or inspection.
o To source and engage with security service provider and to ensure its cost effectiveness though continuous monitoring.
o To ensure that Company’s Quality System and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
o To Monitoring and update regulations applicable to the company hazards and risks.
o To coordinate and support internal and external IATF/EHS audit events or customer audit.
Employee and Industrial Relations
o To determine and maintain good relations with the labour office, industrial relations department, and other bodies concerned with employment and working conditions as well as safety of all employees and customers.
o To represent the Company in all negotiations with the labour office, industrial relations department and other related bodies and maintaining interests in new ideas of human resource management.
o To provide counselling and advice to all employees.
o To plan, organise and implement employee welfare functions i.e. Family Day, Company Dinner etc.
o To be absolutely responsible for disciplinary matters, including the issuing of warning letters, show-cause letters and other related documents.
o To advise the Top Management on areas pertaining to Domestic Inquiry.
o To receive and act on any other instructions from the Top Management or any other person so delegated by him. 
Requirements :
1. Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
2. High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Leadership skills and potentials.
4. PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages.
5. Resourceful and energetic, with an eye for details on strategic matters.
6. Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department harmony.
7. Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job. .
8. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/IATF16949 & EHS standard requirements.
9. 5 years above with 3 years at management level covering full spectrum of Human Resource & Administration.
10. Min Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Social Science or in a related discipline.
