• Interpret Policy and explain procedures

Requirements :: • Master Degree or Degree in any disciplinary
• Candidate Working experience more than 15 - 20 years, and at least 10 years to hold a Team Lead position in HR Manufacturing work environment as 1st priority
• Well verse in Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and EICC (Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition) requirement
• Strong leadership and decision making
• Knowledge of handling Trade Union and any others legal compliance
• Have experience to work in Manufacturing position
