1- To perform daily administrative task.
2- Handling the in/out correspondence to the relevant department, filling documents and ad-hoc
matters.
3- Fully responsible for reception services acting as first point of contract, answering incoming calls, transferring calls as appropriate, taking and distributing messages, greeting visitors, handling request for information and directing visitor to appropriate location.
4- Distribute all incoming mails/parcels and handling outgoing mails/parcels.
5- To assist with general clerical, administrative duties and office support activities.
6- Any other tasks that assigned by the HOD. 
Requirements :
1- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
2- Good communication skills to deal with people at all level.
3- Good computer skills in MS Office and Excel spreadsheet.
4- Good telephone ethics and answering skills.
5- Good working attitude with good attendance record.
