Description :: • Degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering.
• At least 8 years experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Good analytical and leadership skill.
• Knowledgeable on failure mode analysis techniques.
• Highly motivated, result oriented, highly critical in problem solving.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with ability to interact effecting with all levels of people.
Requirements :: Fully responsible to the overall activities in production, process
engineering and maintenance departments and assist management in obtaining it’s objectives with regard to the productivity, quality and budget control.
• Establish and monitor overall production performance, operating
budget, cost control, management & planning.
• Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve in production yield and quality.
• Ensure investments and capital spending are effectively planned and managed to achieve company strategy and objectives.
• Ensure that departmental policies, processes and procedures are
updated and maintained within the company intranet or management system.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities of the entire infrastructure, and plant upgrading work.
• Coordinate production activities with quality and product development focusing on continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with corporate process engineering, production and
maintenance personnel as needed to strive for best practices as well as ensuring compliance with all critical company policies and
guidelines.
• Direct manufacturing personnel to ensure safe, efficient and timely
production of customer orders while achieving product quality and
material specification requirements.
• Lead and direct plant maintenance activities to insure safe, reliable and
efficient manufacturing operations.
• Any other assignments that may be assigned to you from time to time.
• To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns
organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s
Safety & Health rules and regulations.
