- 1. To perform operational purchasing services by using the best practises and tools.
2. To ensure the communication and compliance of Purchasing and its related SOPs.
3. Responsible of obtaining bids where applicable and placing of orders for supplies, materials, services and equipment.
4. Negotiates pricing and delivery with vendors.
5. To ensure timely issuance of purchase orders with deliveries scheduled and maintained to meet production requirement.
6. Planning of inventory levels in accordance to established guidelines and in a cost efficient manner.
7. To handle follow up with any material discrepancy such as non-compliancy of delivered materials and vendor follow up actions (NCRs & CARs)
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Manufacturing) or equivalent.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Well versed in computer applications such as Microsoft Office or any ERP systems. Added advantage if candidate has experience with SAP
4. Good analytical, positive attitude and ability to co-operate with team members and leaders.
5. Related working experience in an Electronics manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
