Description :: •Responsible for the spectrum of HR function including recruitment & selection, payroll administrative, administration of performance appraisal, leave management, compensation & benefits, training development, administration of disciplinary issue of development and etc.
•Handle end to end processing of company’s payroll and claims checking
•Responsible for preparation of statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax etc) for submission on timely manner
•Conducts orientation program to new employees, attend to employees’ request and queries on HR issues
•Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and appropriate HR practice ; update and maintain employees’ database, information and to organize proper filling and record keeping
•To handle all office administration and maintenance matters
•Undertake any ad-hoc task and when required
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least Pre U qualification or Professional Qualification/Diploma in Human Resource Management
•To ensure the practices of Labour Law, Industrial Relation and Act and company policy
•At least 2 years’ of working experiences in related filed is required for this position
•Pleasant, good communication skills
•Computer knowledge are compulsory (Payroll 2000)
•Required Language(s) : Malay, English and Mandarin
•Must Possess own transport
•Must be mature, trustworthy, dedicated, with high degree of initiative, result oriented and self-motivated
•Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai
