Description :: •Handling private and confidential matters and perform secretarial duties to the MD
•Answer and screens phone calls and manages the MD’ email
•Handling travel and accommodation arrangement. i.e. flights and hotel reservations
•Maintain good working order to all business correspondences, record and administrative facilities which include mail, fax distribution, filing / documents keeping
•Handling & monitoring HACCP system
•Ability to control and maintain multi-task efficiently
•Dealing with general correspondences with internal and external parties
•Other secretarial duties and assignments as instructed by the management
•Perform any other duty as and when required
Requirements :: •Candidates must possess at least Diploma in PSC or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years working experience in performing secretarial & managerial duties
•Computer literate with a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
•Computer literate – MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
•Experience in Import & Export documentation will be added advantage
•Good command of both written and spoke English & Mandarin
•Pleasant and mature personality with good interpersonal skills
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision
•High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time
•Preferably Chinese speaking candidates
