Description :: -Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
-Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
-Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
-Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
-Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
-Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
-Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
-Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Requirements :: -Knowledge in Construction & hardware material will be an added advantage
-Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage
-22- 36 olds, with working experience will be considered
-With own transport and able to travel outstation
-Min SPM or Higher Education, Proficiency in English & BM
-Computer literate & able to work independently with good discipline
