We are desirous to find a Manager that maintains and enhances our human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices.
•Provide leadership, HR expertise and coaching to colleagues at all levels with specific focus on:
◦Talent assessment, selection, acquisition, orientation, retention and progression
◦Performance management, review, training and career development
◦Compensation, benefits and planning thereto
•Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues
•Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
•Engaging in practical and rational employee relations including:
◦Facilitate effective employee communications
◦Managing investigations, discipline, coaching and counseling to employees
•Managing, mentoring and developing HR personnel
•Contribute to the business by:
◦Helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and sustaining a forward looking staffing plan
◦Developing HR processes, practices and policies towards the achievement of HR metrics, in the areas of Safety, Social Responsibility and Employee Morale
◦Developing and implementing HR strategies and techniques towards the achievement of business unit performance KPI, in the areas of Quality, Efficiency, Delivery and Cost
◦Analyzing statistical data and reports and initiate proposal for improvement of organization's HR policies, practices and employees’ handbook.
•Overseeing the administration of the company, including inter alia:
◦Government related matters
◦Payroll
◦Security functions, drivers, HR personnel & Clerks
◦Cleaning and other related office services such as pest control, fogging etc
•Ensuring the company meets the requirements of Customer ethical and social requirements and coordinating audits in this regard.
 
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology or related field
Required Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position with ten (10) or more years of total experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting
