Description :
You are responsible to perform day to day account transactions such as processing payments, reconciliation, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. To handle accounting function of all payment receipt or petty cash transactions. Process and verify invoices for accuracy and resolve any accounts discrepancies. Assist in preparation of monthly closing accounts and management reports. Monitoring and controlling the outstanding payments/collections and keeping tracks on overdue accounts. Responsible to complete and filling the accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner. 
Requirements :
1) Diploma/LCCI intermediate/equivalent with 1-2 years experience.
2) Positive working attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to
work independently, self motivated, responsible, willing to learn, fast learner and problem solving capabilities.
3) Preferable if able to converse and write well in English and Mandarin.
