- - Handle day to day accounting activities including month end and year end closing.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis.
- To review and check the customers’ rebate claims.
- To review and check the customers’ allowance entitlement.
- To ensure all CN issued are correct and valid.
- To coordinate with all branches on the CN requisition forms.
- To ensure the sales invoices are raised on a timing basis. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must have at least Diploma in Accounting / ACCA partly qualified.
- Able to handle full set of account, deep understanding of Accounting Principle.
- Know to use UBS Accounting System and Microsoft Office
