Description :: • Oversee daily finance operations and treasury management matters
• To ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly /quarterly management and group consolidated accounts
• To administer accounting status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of accounting data, preparing special reports
• To maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
• To meet finance and accounting objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• To guide by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
• To control and review monthly /quarterly financial statement for project
• To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other legal or statutory authorities
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional Qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA
• Minimum 3 years related working experience preferably in Construction or Property Development environment
• Well verse in computer and accounting software
• Proficiency in English and Malay but prerequisite requirement in CHINESE literacy
• Familiar with financial modeling and projected cash flow spreadsheet feasibility for financial analysis for decision making of the Management
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure
• Matured team player with strong leadership, able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels
