Description :: -Oversee cash flow projections of the Company to control payment and collection schedule for individual development project to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
-Lead, review and ensure on-time submission and accuracy of financial operations and management reporting matters.
-Manage daily financial activities, control the company's financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, system and procedures according to regulations, accounting principles and standards.
-Develop business plans for the company - short-term and long-term, corporate KPIs, strategic analysis / review against industry benchmarking / capabilities.
-Monitoring and reporting on strategic KPIs, financial results, variance analysis, and corrective action plans for performance gaps.
-Responsible to provide strategic & commercial business decisions, financial advices & directions to the Managing Director on the Group of Companies’ finances.
-Responsible for the Cost Management & Budgetary control of the Group of Companies
-Responsible for the review & analysis of the Group of Companies financial position and implementation of the internal financial accounts and make course changing business decisions.
-Experience in planning, managing and implementing a full-spectrum of the Corporate Finances, Accounting, Costing, Analysis & Forecast, Budgetary Control, Treasury function and Tax Management for the Group
-To establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting system
-Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretarial, bankers and other consultants for audit / financial and banking matters
-To prepare feasibility report, cash flow forecast and other necessary documents to determine the viability of any new project.
-Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management
Requirements :: -Possesses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA)
-At least 5 years of related experiences.
-Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
-Able to maintain a high degree of sensitivity & confidentiality.
-Must be forward-thinking and mission–orientated.
-Strong organizational and management skill
-Highly organized and possesses high level of integrity & discipline
-Proactive, resourceful and energetic with an eye for details on strategic matters
-Possess good leadership skill and pro-active with proven analytical problem solving skills
-Good team player, self-motivated, result oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Willing to work in Kuantan.
