- 1. Ensure accounting records & systems comply with internal policies, approved accounting standards and related statutory / tax requirements.
2. Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax agents and other financial and regulatory authorities.
3. Prepare related accounting reports in a timely manner to meet all regulatory submission requirements.
4. Responsible for the full spectrum accounting activities, include full set of accounts and reporting.
5. Oversee Treasury and Banking operations.
6. Handle audit and taxation matters.
7. Review the work of subordinates.
8. Undertake any jobs and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
9. Make recommendations to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices - Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accountancy or equivalent.
2. A member of MIA.
3. At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
4. Experience in handling Group Reporting with the initiative to develop reporting structure, policies and processes.
5. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details and strong integrity.
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
7. Proactive, resourceful and dynamic team player with ability to work under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Able to interact at all levels.
10 Conversant in accounting e.g. FRS and company law. - Lowest Qualification :
