Description :: - Prepare monthly and annual financial report in compliance to approved accounting standards, financial analysis, audited annual financial accounts and annual business plan & perform cash flow management in order to achieve high level of operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of the full set of financial reports, management reports, cash flow statements, financial budgeting and GST filing to Custom Department.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and bankers in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to audits, taxation and statutory requirements.
Requirements :: - Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Certificate in ACCA or
CIMA.Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ of experience in the PROPERTY INDUSTRY.
- Preferable working expreince in building management industry
