Description :
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
- Responsible for compliance with accounting principles, practices, procedures and company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely presentation of monthly, quarterly and year end closing reports/financial information
- Maintain an efficient control system of filling, records, communication and correspondence
- Supervise general ledger preparation, financial reporting, annual audit preparation, budget, forecast and project appraisal functions.
- Manage treasury, credit control, daily banking, cash flow forecast and GST submission/compliance.
- Supervise tax planning and ensure compliance with current tax legislations.
- Act as liason with other stakeholders eg. Bankers, auditor, legal advisors, company secretary, local authorities and other relevant bodies
- Review respective department performance, assist in development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to work independently and willing to learn to achieve the company’s objectives
- Carry out any other duties and job function as and when required by the company  
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degre in Finance/ Accountancy/Commence or equivalent OR Part Qualification but with at least 5 years experience in similar position.
- Required skills: Full set of accounts and GST compliance
- Experience in Autocount / UBS accounting & inventory systems will be necessary
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment with exposure to Food industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, dedicated and must be able to work independently
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
