Description :: - Responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented
- Perform cash management functions and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash
disbursements, payroll and bank reconciliations functions
- Perform day to day accounting entries and achieve standard turn around time for task assigned
- To produce accounting reports , ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filled correctly and timely
- Be able to handle local accounts in Malaysia independently, tax returns and daily external financial processing work
- To prepare employee claims form
- To check and key in the monthly payroll prepared by HR Officer to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
- Others accounting and finance related task assigned by superior
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English in speaking and writing
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Class D driving licence and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates
