- - Handle daily data entry into accounting system.
- To capture supplier invoices, prepare payment voucher and cheque issuance.
- Perform banking related duties, verifying and reconciliation of accounts.
- To keep record and ensure proper filing.
- Daily general ledger system and book keeping of financial records.
- Handle and coordinate HR matters for online submission i.e EPF, SOCSO and PCB.
- Multi-tasking, committed and good working attitude.
- Other ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess relevant accounting qualification ,e.g: LCCI
- Computer literate with basic accounting knowledge
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required
- Knowledge in SQL ACCOUNTING would be an added advantage
- Able to start work at immediately or within a short notice will be an added advantage and willing to work for 5 1/2days a week
- Required languages: Chinese and English
- To be self-motivated and have good interpersonal relation with others - Lowest Qualification :
