Description :: '- Responsible for the proper discharge of your duties as Finance Manager.
- To analysis, monitoring and effectively managing the cash flows of the company.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts and details commentary reports on timely fashion.
- Maintain system of accounts and controls providing accurate data necessary for all required accounting reports and statements.
- Monitor, supervise and prepare month end balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis.
- Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management
- Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
- Review the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Ageing reports on a daily basis.
- Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.
- Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities.
- Monitors and contains all property inventories to ensure proper levels without causing burdens on property cash flows.
- Effectively manage the accounting team through respectful communication, clear expectations, relevant training, productive coaching, regular meetings, and
appropriate performance management.
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
Requirements :: '- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher /Graduate Diploma or above in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Able to work in high pressure environments.
- Auto – count user is an added advantage.
