- 1. Daily checking of branch cash transactions, cash balance,CIT arrangements, updating the cashflow schedules and daily bank in amount and bank reconciliation.
2. Daily checking of bank statement and monitor bank rejected transfers.
3. Daily checking and monitoring for stock/cash in hand differences.
4. Daily posting in the accounting system for banking transactions followed by bank reconciliation.
5. Assist in processing of expenses payment.
6. Assist in month end closing task. - Requirements :
- '1. At least 2 years experience in general accounting procedures and reconciliation of accounts.
2. Proficient in microsoft excel functions.
3. Able to work under pressure environment and adhere to tight dateline reporting.
4. Team player, proactive, high integrity & commitment to works. - Lowest Qualification :
