Description :: - To work in line with agreed service standards.
- Input invoice entry into the Oracle system.
- Perform monthly creditor reconciliation
- Daily filing and archiving activities
- Closing of accounts within agreed timeframe at end period end.
- Invoices received are matched timely
- Unrecorded liability is reported accordingly
- To ensure that the integrity of the company’s accounts is maintained at all times, and the accounts payable records are maintained at all times and reported in timely and accurate.
- To ensure that Oracle Financials record is maintained correctly such that the company’s accounting records are accurate and robust.
- To operate all financial processes within the Accounts Payable module of Oracle Financials in line with the company’s accounting policy.
- Analyze the causes of discrepancies between invoice, receiving and purchase orders. - Check and solve the dispute with the service responsible for it.
- Request invoices from supplier for goods have been received and services rendered
Requirements :: - Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification with minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting environment
- Excellent command of English Language and Malay Language
- Serious commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure
- Good communication, report writing and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel outstation as and when required
- Strong accounting knowledge and Good understanding of Accounts Payable functions
