Description :: •Regular sales performance review with forecast up to date
•Manage account receivables
•Weekly Visit reports and action plan management
•Identify the customer's purchasing strategy and adjust the selling strategy
•Drives a customer centric selling approach with value added questioning techniques in order to understand the unmet need of the customer
•Develop win - win situation
•To condust regular visits ( min 3 travel days, 6 visits per week )
•Complaint handling in terms of technical suggestions and product issues
•Generate new projects with exixsting key accounts and new prospects in Malaysia 9 maybe Indonesia ) to drive the business growth to a new level
•Initiate product development / sample productions for new projects
•Support new developments right from the beginning
•Identify other potential accounts
•Analyse and communicate market information
•Identify growth opportunities
Requirements :: •A bachelor degree majored in Chemical materials or polymer science and higher degree is a plus.
•Solid background in Engineering Plastics industry
•Proven record of strong technical capability to pinpoint the customers’ technical problems
•Excellent communication in maintaining the good rapport with customers
•Home office base in Malaysia ( Ideally located in the Penang area but not necessary )
•Proven track record working out of a home office base
