- - Review, supervise, coaching, leading the MR team, monitor the monthly closing and year end closing and responsible for HMSB's Group reporting
- Monitor monthly account close on time and accurately.
- Support month and year end closing activities of all section
- Advise appropriate accounting entries of all section
- Co-ordinate interim and year end audit.
- Liaise with external auditor
- Ad-hoc report from finance management.
- Check and approve monthly JV for Payroll and managing related issues
- Check and approve monthly JV and reimbursement details breakdown for HRAP and ASH and managing related issues
- Prepared consolidated management report for management and shareholders
- Review the reasonableness of balance sheet items
- Prepare and compile monthly Group detail actual P&L for reporting purpose
- Monthly and quarterly reporting :- BOFC & ASH
- Static reporting on company financial performance
- Review draft audited report of year-end audit for Company level
- Prepare draft audited report of year-end audit for Group level
- Monitor FSC transaction and perform FSC review for year-end audit purpose
- Monitor SAP account, cost center and profit center creation
- Super user for SAP system in Finance and review SAP matrix on quarterly basis
- Review the SOX documentation for the department and ensure the documents prepared in the department is SOX compliance
- Responsible in preparation of documentation for HM Global Standardization Project - Requirements :
- - Knowledge on full set account and consolidation
- Knowledge on SAP accounting software
- Knowledge on accounting standard (Local GAAP & IFRS) and audit standard requirement
- Communication and leadership skill
- Business reporting skills and analytical overview
- Microsoft Office - Lowest Qualification :
- SPM / O Level
