- 1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, performs basic clerical tasks, operates standard office equipment.
2. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, emails & mails, take messages and routing correspondence.
3. Handling general ledger, payroll administration (EPF & Socso), accounts payable/receivable (generate invoice & issue cheque payment), sales reporting and tax compliance (GST & PCB).
4. Provide day to day operations of basic HR functions and duties (record employee’s absences, MC, leaves, etc).
5. Managing the email & SMS marketing campaigns, database management (data entry, de-duplication, data cleaning). Basic Ms Excel skills required.
6. Support marketing campaigns and other related initiatives to generate new leads for sales team.
7. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Excellent communication abilities are essential.
8. Undertake other ad hoc administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
- Requirements :
- 1. Possess at least SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma,
2. Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or
3. equivalent.full set accounting, MYOB accounting software, basic software applications (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel)
4. Possess knowledge in IT is an added advantage, training will be provided.
5. Good written and verbal communication - English (Main), Mandarin & Cantonese (to communicate with client from Singapore & Hong Kong), Bahasa Malaysia.
