Description :: -To assist handle full set of accounts using SQL software.
-Order entery & invoicing
-Performed others duties as assigned by superior
-Monitor customer account details for nonpayments, late payments and others irregularaties
-Assist with month end closing
-To assist GST and submit tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records.
-To assist payroll admin and also to assist with collection of customer payment.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / LCCI / Diploma in Finance or Accounting
-At least 2 years of working experience
-Must possess a professional attitude
-This position also requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Accounting software SQL
-Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills
