- 1. Ensure tax compliance, prepare tax computation and monthly calculation, estimates,
returns, perform research, analyze and implement newly enacted tax legislations and tax rulings
2. Participate in adhoc tax projects and application of tax incentives and GST Project
3. Monitor intercompany transactions; withholding tax, transfer pricing calculations,
regulation and the use of double taxation agreements, if any
4. Perform tax planning; identify opportunities for tax incentives and tax savings as well as implementation of the group’s tax policies in close liaison with headquarters
5. Support MIDA, tax or any other statistical survey.
- Requirements :
- 1. Professional accreditation with MIT and a good honors degree
2. Strong knowledge and exposure in tax compliance/incentives and in implementing tax initiatives across departments
3. Able to multitask and work across different parts of the group
