- •Manage full spectrum of finance and accounts for the Company
•Provide cosolidated monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting and analysis
•Prepare monthly cash flow report and responsible in cash flow planning and forecast
•Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submission and review of periodic forecasting and annual budgeting and financal results
•Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of submission including GST (Good and Services Tax) for all month end and adhoc reporting within timeline set
•Ensure Company's financial accouting, tax, and other related functions are in accordance with corporate governance, legal statutory and Group requirement
•Manage internal and/ or external bankers, auditors, tax agents and legal advisor for statutory compliance and legislative requirements
•To support the Group of Companies in handling day to day finance and accounting as assigned
- Requirements :
- •Qualified Accountant preferably with CIMA/ACCA/CPA or a degree in Accounting and Finance
•Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field
•Preferably in property development and construction industries
•Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, Malaysia tax legislation and practices
•Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and report writting skills
•Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
•A proactive, detailed-oriented, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical problem solving communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and multitasking
