Description :: •Assist and support Costing Specialist/Analyst in factory costing and ensure data accuracy at source and timely periodic reporting for cost management decision.
•Assist in preparation and tracking of Journal Vouchers, official receipts, cash bills and Account payable related documents. Perform the general ledger activities in ensuring data integrity and accuracy at source and timely reporting.
•Assist in stock takes.
•To check on all invoices against PO and goods receipt.
Requirements :: Accounting or relevant qualification to Diploma Level.
Knowledge of office administration, bookkeeping procedures, accounts payable, accounts receivables and maintaining general ledgers.
Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Attention to detail & high level of accuracy with ability to manage stress & time effectively.
Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs and email at a highly proficient level.
Personal attributes such honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible are encouraged.
